Community Engagement：This project explores how Virtual Reality (VR) can be integrated into Classroom-as-Organisation (CaO) learning environments to create more authentic, interactive, and personalised experiences in management education. Using a developmental research approach, the project investigates an instructional design roadmap for connecting VR technologies with an open-source Learning Management System (LMS), supported by APIs and a Learning Record Store (LRS). The CaO model places learners in realistic organisational settings, where they address business problems through collaboration, interaction, storytelling, and iterative decision-making. VR-supported activities are progressively integrated to strengthen the immersive experience. The project ultimately aims to develop practical design guidelines and scalable digital architectures for integrating VR into CaO-based learning, while enhancing personalisation, interactivity, authenticity, and practice-oriented learning.
