Through individual and group mentoring, participants receive guidance on instructional design, research methodology, technology integration, project development, publication and dissemination, and international collaboration. Mentoring can also be embedded within institutional capacity-building programmes, communities of practice, and innovation projects to support sustained professional development and knowledge transfer.
