The simulation tool aims to support an immersive learning experience to develop skills required for the design and implemention of a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) in organisations.
About EAIR workshop at the 46th Annual EAIR Forum 2024 ''Designing ESG KPIs: A Roadmap and Learning Solution for successful KPI design in organisations'
This workshop introduces a comprehensive roadmap for ESG KPIs design in business organisations. It features a simulation case in a virtual learning environment to simulate a KPI design project where participants will experience typical situations in real-life scenarios. The workshop will showcase digital learning technologies and Virtual Reality to support skills development for ESG KPIs design. The objective is for participants to develop an awareness of critical skills in ESG KPIs design and discuss the potentialities of innovative learning solutions supported by digital learning tools to help develop those skills.
