Huyi Community：Calls for Contribution

Community Engagement：Huyixiang Community will be co-hosting a special track entitled “Open-Source IT Strategies and Solutions for AI- and VR-Supported Immersive Learning” at the CICET Annual Conference, to be held in Taiwan on May 26–27, 2026. This special track offers a valuable opportunity for members of our community and the wider Huyixiang educational networks to explore, review, and discuss current developments and future prospects in digital learning ecosystems across China and the ASEAN region from both technology and pedogical perspectives. Contributions
We warmly invite contributors to submit proposals for the special track (please refer to the attached Call for Papers). If you wish to submit a proposal, please complete the online submission form via the link below and include your proposal in the “Message” section, with the reference: “CICET Educational Track Taiwan 2026”

All presentations for the special track are scheduled for Wednesday, May 27 (afternoon, from 14:00 – Taiwan time) and will be conducted in hybrid mode via Huyixiang Edulab. (20 mns +10 mns Q&As)The session will begin with keynote presentations followed by a roundtable discussion. Further details regarding the full conference programme will be shared soon.

Online Participation (Special Track)
Online participation in the CICET Conference Special Track on Educational Technologies (via Huyixiang EduLab) is free of charge for presenters participating in the special track co-hosted by Huyixiang.
Publication Fee (CICET Conference Proceedings)
Participants who wish to publish their paper in the CICET conference proceedings will be required to pay a publication fee of USD 140.This fee includes:

On-site Participation Package (Taiwan – Tamkang University)
Huyixiang offers an on-site participation package at USD 300, which includes:
Full registration for the CICET conference (all sessions)
