Huyi Community：Calls for Contribution

Community Engagement：UEH International Conference on Business and Finance 2025 (ICBF 2025). Huyi Community members are launching a call for contributions for a paper on ‘Immersive Learning for Corporate Finance Course’. This study aims to investigate an immersive learning solution for a Corporate Finance course on cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The objective is to explore how immersive approaches can facilitate the co-construction of knowledge among key stakeholders—investors, dealers, and regulators—and foster the integration of multiple cultural dimensions in addressing sustainability challenges in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. The research will contribute to the development of instructional guidelines that reinforce authentic learning environments, embedding ESG considerations into corporate finance curricula. Case-based scenarios will be designed using a Project-Based Learning pedagogy, offering students opportunities to engage in experiential, context-rich learning that mirrors real-world complexities.
