Community Engagement:Huyixiang Community members share a common platform—Huyixiang (沪羿祥) EduLab—to design and test learning prototypes. Members are granted complimentary access to both the EduLab virtual learning space and the Huyixiang Community Portal. If you want to launch a new project on EduLab, you are encouraged to prepare a brief introduction and share it with fellow members through the forum discussions on the Community Portal. Alternatively, project ideas can also be presented and discussed during community-organised events. Access to the Community Portal (Vietnam) is restricted to Huyixiang Community members. Dedicated areas are provided on a project-by-project basis for specific groups and project teams.

Contact:To learn more, please visit the members’ forum discussion on the Huyixiang Community Portal (access available to members only).

Setting up a Collaborative Environment for Project Team Members

1. Project Team Spaces on the Huyixiang (沪羿祥) Community Portal China

Each project team will be assigned a dedicated section on the Huyixiang Community Portal China. This space will include:

  • Forum discussions for team communication and knowledge sharing

  • Conference rooms for online meetings

  • Shared folders for file exchange and collaborative work

  • Project Team Leaders are invited to complete a registration form for each member of their team to gain access to these spaces.

2. Inviting Members to the Prototype Page

  • Upon request from a Project Team Leader, a dedicated module page will be created on Huyixiang (沪羿祥) EduLab. All registered project team members will be enrolled as course creators, allowing them to jointly design and develop content.

3. Resources for Developing a Learning Prototype

Project team members will have access to a range of resources via Huyixiang (沪羿祥) EduLab and the Community Portal China, including:

  • Guidelines and resource pages

  • Pre-recorded instructional videos

  • Instructional design handbooks and reference materials

4. Mentorship Programme

The Mentorship Programme connects community members with experienced mentors. This initiative provides advisory support and project feedback throughout the development process. Participation is offered free of charge to all project teams.
