The Hybrid Flexible (HyFlex) course format is an instructional approach that integrates face-to-face (F2F) and online learning, allowing students to choose how they attend each session. In the 'Business Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility' course at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, delivered in April 2024, students had the flexibility to participate either in-person or online for each of the eight sessions.
To support this HyFlex learning model, Moodle was used as the primary learning management system , enabling seamless course delivery. A total of 83 students from both full-time and part-time MBA programs attended the course, benefiting from the flexibility to engage in learning based on their individual needs and preferences.
